What is the return policy?

We want every Lavelle piece to feel like the right fit, literally and otherwise. If something's not right with your order, reach out and we'll help however we can.

For hygiene reasons, all swimwear is final sale, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, or change of mind.

Exchanges are only accepted if your item arrives defective or damaged. To qualify:

  • The item must be unworn, with all original tags attached
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, with a video of you unboxing the item as proof

To initiate an exchange, email us at hello@wearlavelle.com with your Order Number, a description of the issue, and photos or video. If eligible, we'll provide next steps.

How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 2-3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after processing. We ship Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM (PhST) only.

Which courier do you use?

We ship via J&T Express. Use the shipping estimator at checkout to calculate your shipping cost.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive:

1. An order confirmation email after checkout

2. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once your order is dispatched

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn't shipped, email us immediately at hello@wearlavelle.com with your updated address and order details

Once your order is shipped, the address cannot be changed

What if I'm not home during delivery?

Our courier will text or email you with delivery schedules. If you don't respond, they may attempt delivery the next business day. If undelivered and returned due to an incomplete or invalid address, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping.

Can I find Lavelle in stores?

Yes! Lavelle is currently available in-store at Fin & Folk, La Union, alongside our online shop.

Is it safe to order from your site?

Absolutely. Our website uses secure encryption and we do not store your payment details. All transactions are processed securely via PayMongo, supporting GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and major cards.
